It also works hard to block out the heat! I used it on the entrance window, where the sun comes in from the west without an air conditioner. After I put up this screen, the stuffy heat in the entrance was gone. It's not advertised as a heat-blocking screen, but it works really hard to block out the heat, because it's quite hot if you put your hand between the roll screen and the window. I also bought a larger one as an extra.

The width was just right and it was easy to install!

I was looking for a curtain for the kitchen door, but I'm glad I found one that was the right size without having to order one made to measure. I installed it straight away and it's blocking out the afternoon sun.
