Cancellation of Furniture Delivery
Orders of ready stock furniture can be cancelled 8 days before the date of delivery. contact us with your order number and state your reason for cancellation. A refund will then be processed accordingly.
Duration of Delivery for Ready Stock Items
Up to 14 working days.
If a delivery attempted by our courier partner is marked as failed or unsuccessful, kindly contact our customer service immediately and arrange for a second delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery, get in touch with our customer service.
