In recent years, when problems with products are becoming a problem, I often wonder how the support side is doing. I often think that, but Nitori's customer support was truly divine. Until now, I thought that “more than the price” was a bit of an exaggeration, but after this experience, I've changed my mind and realized that it's exactly as they say! I've learned that it's a smarter choice to go to Nitori to look for something than to search for something cheap on Amazon and be left with a bad feeling about what you've bought. Oh, I made a mistake. The stopper (G in the instruction manual) is a little hard, but you have to push it in firmly for it to stay in place. I'm the only one who would make a mistake like that. The hanger rack is perfect to use, it's light and moves smoothly, and it's been very useful in my home.

I bought it, assembled it and used it, but it fell down with the weight of about 10 shirts. When I read the instructions again, I realized that I hadn't pushed the lever all the way in. When I pushed it all the way in, it stopped falling down. Now I can use it without stress.
