Someone pointed out that there was no point in removing the handle from the egg pan when it wasn't stacked, but in our house, there was a lot of point in removing the handle. First of all, we use the egg pan every morning to make breakfast and omelettes for lunch, so we don't put it away in our house, but instead leave it on the seasoning rack next to the stove.　Before, the handle was sticking out of the rack, and I could hang ladles and turner on the rack, but the egg pan was right next to it, so if I wasn't careful when putting it back, the ladle or turner would fall off the hook. Every time I put it back, I had to be very careful, but now that the handle is gone, I can put the ladle and turner back without worrying about them, which is a small stress relief. Also, I want to finish washing up in one go rather than doing it every time, so I end up leaving the dishes in the sink until I've finished putting them away, but in that case too, the extra space in the sink due to the handle is a big help. Above all, when preparing breakfast with two or three pots on the stove, I'm grateful that I can use just one handle to complete all the pots.

This series is really convenient and the price is great.

I bought this, including the frying pan, because I have little kitchen storage and I wanted to be able to store things compactly if possible. I'm really happy that I can store it compactly without the handle getting in the way, which used to be a problem. I'd like to get a pot from this series next!

I haven't used it for making omelettes, but I use it a lot for cooking gyoza and sausages, and for cooking frozen food for bento. It's square, so I can stand it up next to the gas stove after washing it and use it straight away.
