I bought this pillow because I have a bad case of stiff shoulders and I frequently sleep with my neck out of alignment, so I thought using a good pillow might help. I think it's good because it gives you a sense of security, supporting a wide area from your head to your back. At first I felt uncomfortable with the large pillow, but after I got used to it, I felt more relaxed. However, when I woke up, my body felt like it had shifted downwards, and although the frequency of my neck going out of place when I sleep had improved a little, it still happened, so I think it might not be very suitable for me.

My husband is finally satisfied with his Nitori pillow. One drawback: my husband has a shaved head, so there are lint balls on the pillow. I suppose you could look for them, but if I were choosing, I'd want a cover.

I've never seen a pillow that supports you from the back before, and I first heard about this product. There are no strange bumps on my neck and head, so I don't have to worry about position, and it's really easy to sleep on.
