The towel rack I was using before was made of plastic. I thought it would eventually deteriorate. It broke after about eight years. When things like this break, it's very troublesome because you lose the place to hang your towels. It's good that this product is made of stainless steel, so you can use it for a long time with peace of mind and it's easy to use.

I bought this because I thought it would be impossible to dry my laundry on my small balcony with just two drying poles. I hang my towels and underwear on this. It's convenient because it's out of sight. It's also good because I can fold it up and put it in the room when there's a typhoon or heavy rain.

It was bigger than I thought it would be when it arrived at home, but I like the compact, no-waste design.

I bought it thinking that it could be folded up and carried around, but when I lifted it up, the bottom pole came off easily. The size and functionality are perfect, so I'm a little disappointed about that. It was easy to assemble, so I think it was good in that respect.

It's sturdy, the size is just right, and I bought it for my mother's facility room. It's been really useful.
