I bought it online and picked it up at the store, but both items had damage to the same part of the film covering the entire surface. I suspect that they probably fell from the corner during transport and broke due to the impact. I am grateful for the store's response, and since I have bought products from them in the past, there are no problems. If I had to say anything, I'm a little disappointed that I had to go back to the store to pick it up again, and that it was delayed by about 5 days from the date I needed it. If possible, I would have liked it if there was a system where the store could inspect the item beforehand.
