DETACHABLE HANDLE2 DBR (TORERU SERIES)

I bought this one because I had already bought a pot from the same series. I was torn between the black one and this one, but I was drawn to the wood-like finish and bought it. I thought it would be difficult to use until I got used to it because it has two stages for attaching and detaching, but once I got used to it, it was easy to use. On the other hand, because it has two stages, I think it's good that it doesn't come off easily, which is safer!

This is the first time I've used this type of pan, but I'm using the 26cm frying pan with confidence, as it stays firmly in place. When I first started using it, I didn't know and washed it in the dishwasher with the dishes a few times, but so far it's been fine. It's nice to be able to wash it all in one go and keep it clean.

I bought a series of pots with removable handles from Nitori. They're really convenient. I like dark brown (especially wood grain) for interior design, so I decided on this color! My house and kitchen and cooking utensils have become cleaner, and somehow cooking has become more fun than before. At first, I read the instructions and thought “This seems like a lot of trouble”, but once I got used to it, it was no problem at all. You can take them off and put them on quickly! They look great and are really easy to use!

I have been using the detachable handles of other companies for a long time, but I have been using Nitori's since they first went on sale because of their good design and feel. Many people buy two at a time, so I have used more than five so far, but there is a large difference between each product, and sometimes the handles become loose or rickety after six months to a year. The handle of the one I bought this time is the opposite, and it's so hard that I was surprised that it might break if I tightened it as it was, so I took it to the store, but they said it was within the acceptable range. My family was also surprised, but this is the first time I've had something this hard, so I'm surprised by the difference in quality again. They say it's guaranteed for a year, so I'll use it while watching how it goes. I'd be happy if it had a little more durability.

I had already decided to buy a frying pan from the TORERU series, so I bought this one as well. There was a plain black one, and I thought the black one would go better with the series, but I chose this one because I thought the wood grain pattern was cute on its own. I also have a frying pan and handle from a different brand that can be used separately, but compared to that, I felt that this one was a little unreliable (the click-fit feeling was weak). It doesn't wobble, and of course it doesn't come off, so it's not inconvenient.
