With other chairs, I could relax, but I couldn't keep my posture because the backrest didn't fit. This is because my core muscles were not good to begin with. However, when I sat on this chair, I was able to maintain my posture without straining my stomach or feeling like my chest was closed in, and I was able to sit in a way that made me feel like my chest was open. Also, the armrests are a good feature. I think this is a good, low-cost chair to use if you want to sit in a way that doesn't make it hard to digest after eating. I recommend it so much that I wouldn't have bought anything else.

It's lighter than a ceramic bowl.
