IH EXTRA SMOOTH COATED EGG ROLL PAN SC

I thought it might be a bit expensive, but I'm glad I bought it. It doesn't stick even when I make omelettes, and it's a bit bigger, so it's also useful for other dishes.

I usually buy manufacturer-made products at around twice the price, but the fluorine coating inevitably deteriorates, so I chose this product from Nitori as a trial. I was surprised at how light it was! And the fact that the whole thing is black is simple and nice. The other thing is durability. If it's this price, I think I'll be buying it again if it lasts a year.

This is the first time I've bought a spin-coated series, but I didn't need to grease it... I was surprised at how well it stuck to the pan.

I bought the omelette type to try it out and see if it really doesn't stick! It's really good (^^) I'm satisfied

It's good for frying small things. You don't need to worry about it sticking, so you don't need oil. If you're lightly frying sausages, you don't need oil at all, and although I still use a little oil when I make rolled omelettes, I think you can do it without oil, so I'll try it next time.
