Shredding Peeler

The skin comes off really well, but I thought it was easier and better than using a knife to shred it!

I bought this because I wanted to use it to slice carrots and daikon. I've tried using slicers and other tools in the past, but they were a pain to wash and the food would get stuck and not be cut into thin slices properly. However, this thin slicer was a great buy! It takes a bit of strength, but if you get the blade to bite properly, you can get beautiful thin slices, so it really speeds up cooking. I recommend it!

I saw it on TV and went to buy it. It's very convenient because the burdock root is thin and easy to eat, but after I bought it, I saw something similar on sale at a 100 yen store, so I wondered what it was all about.

I've become addicted to burdock and carrot kinpira. Of course, I'm talking about using this peeler. I've come to understand that making long, thin strips of burdock like noodles makes it easier to eat ramen. Perhaps because of its thin shape, it's easy to mix in the seasoning as per the recipe, and my family all agree that it's delicious. Maybe using this peeler is fun.

I gave it to my mother as a present. She said it made peeling easier and more fun.
