Didn'tfeel as good as it felt at store ...does it need aspecial pillow cover??

I think it would have been better if it was a little harder.

I had previously bought and used a standard pillow from the same series. The standard pillow was also comfortable to sleep on, but it had started to lose its shape, so I bought the Select pillow. It's soft and comfortable, and even I, who takes a long time to fall asleep, was able to sleep easily.
