I've been using it for about 4 months, but the mesh on my lower back has become a little saggy and the metal bar is hitting my lower back and it hurts. I solved the problem by attaching a thin cushion myself. I think it may be a problem with the way you sit or your weight, but I strongly recommend that you try it out. I'm 170cm and 80kg, but the seat surface of the Estramer mesh has no feeling of hitting the bottom, so I can sit for long periods of time without a cushion. The comfort of this seat is truly wonderful. The ottoman is simply made and a little unreliable, but it supports you without a problem. The reclining function is fixed, and there are only a few places where it can be adjusted, so it's a little difficult to use. It comes with a 5-year warranty, so it looks like it will be durable, so I want to use it for a long time.

I decided to buy it straight away because it had most of the features I wanted at this price. Reclining, removable headrest, height-adjustable armrests, footrest. Office chairs with all these features are usually in the high-price range of each manufacturer, so you have to pay a lot of money for unnecessary features. The fact that it's not made by a foreign manufacturer also makes me feel relatively safe when I think about things like after-sales service, and I think the balance between price and features is very good. I think that the price is acceptable for the few things that don't quite fit. I don't feel like it's something that will last forever, so I'm adding other companies' auxiliary parts and cushions to make it fit me. I'm using it at my own risk, but since I often use it with the reclining seat down, I've installed the armrests on the left and right sides in reverse. If you follow the instructions, the armrests will be positioned quite far forward, but by attaching them in reverse, they move back to a position that is easier to use when reclining, so I attach an armrest cushion on top of them and adjust the angle.

This is the first time I have bought one of these. I searched for other products as well as Nitori, and I was able to find one with the features I needed at a good price. I went to the Nitori store to see the actual product, and I was happy to see that it was designed so that you could use it even in the summer when you're sweating. My wife and I assembled it after it was delivered, and we were able to do it without any problems. I'm glad I bought it.

The price is high, but the satisfaction you get from them is even higher. They are quite heavy, and the assembly was a bit of a challenge, so if you're not confident in your strength, it might be better to get someone to help you. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them, but if I could make one suggestion for future new product development, I think the cushioning around the waist could be a little softer. In any case, I think they're a product that's worth the price.

I work from home, so I spend a lot of time sitting down, but I like it because it's comfortable to sit on and I don't get tired easily.
