I bought this mattress for the parent bed of a bunk bed I bought from another store, thinking it would be good to try sleeping on it at a Nitori store. It's cheap, but it's heavy and feels like a solid product. It's not something that bothers me too much, but it's a sound I've never heard from the Simmons or France Bed mattresses I have at home, so I was wondering if there was something wrong with it? As it is used a few times a year for guests, it is more than sufficient. I think it would have been good if there was also a single short size for a small bed with the same mattress.

It was stated that there were cases where it would not be possible to make a phone call, but if it's a service that can't be provided, it's a nuisance, so it's better not to have it in the first place. In fact, I bought it for my parents, who live in a facility far from my home, and I was planning to move it to their room after making a phone call. However, it was delivered to the facility at 9am, and the facility staff had to move it to their room, which was a nuisance. The delivery company should be able to make a phone call, so it's bad that Nitori doesn't instruct them to do so.
