It's easy to assemble and sturdy, but the second level is not high enough to hang clothes larger than L size.

I've been using this product since the old model, and I bought a new one because it had deteriorated over time. The material has changed, and it has a stylish design. It was also easy to assemble. The previous one had a top half that could be stored in the bottom pole, but the new one doesn't. I think that's a minus point, because it takes up space when it's not being used and can't be folded up small.

I bought this because I wanted a simple one to hang my laundry on the balcony. I was able to assemble the main unit straight away, but the bars on the towel bar were slightly different lengths, and although it was difficult to assemble the shorter one, it was disappointing that it came apart so easily even after it was assembled. I was really disappointed because I had always trusted Nitori.

This time, I registered as a member on the app, went to pick up my purchase, and assembled it at home in 20-30 minutes. It's very easy to use, and I'm very satisfied!

I've been using it for three months. Wet bath towels are heavy, so the center of gravity naturally tilts towards that side, and it can't stand on its own. Recently, I've been reinforcing the bottom with a 2L plastic bottle and hanging it to dry. It was cheap, so I guess that's how it is... Next time I'll buy a different product.
