It's very light and easy to use. I bought the deep type. Because it's deep, I can use it for simmered dishes and noodle dishes too! I use it on an induction cooker. I also use it to make pumpkin soup and white sauce. To be honest, if it was just a little lighter, it would be easier for women to use for simmered dishes and soups too. But it's lighter than other ladles, so it's better than the others. There was a non-lightweight pan on sale nearby that was discounted, but it felt about three times heavier. It's not about the price after all. However, I was able to buy it for less than 3,000 yen, so it was a good purchase. I'm also thinking of buying a shallow, lightweight frying pan from Nitori.

I've used several other manufacturers' deep frying pans in the past, but this one is the best in terms of lightness, non-stick properties, ease of cleaning and cost performance. I chose the large 28cm size, so I can easily cook large quantities of stir-fries. I'm very satisfied with this product.

I bought this to make fried rice and stir-fries. It's a deep frying pan, so it's perfect for stir-fries. As long as the coating doesn't peel off, I'll keep using it.

I bought a cyclone pan advertised to last 5 years, but it got burnt after less than a year. In comparison, it's been almost a year now, but it's still going strong. It's only a fifth of the cost, so I'll buy another one even if it gets worse.
