The staff were very helpful and the sofa was set up in a few minutes. I'm glad because the seat is harder than I thought and I often use it lying down. It's new, so it does have a slight smell, but it's not strong. I vacuumed it straight away and used Febreze, so I think it'll go away soon. I think it's better to attach the N-Shield because I plan to use it for a long time. Deep green is a nice color.

The firmness of the mat, its color, and its size were all just as I had imagined, so I'm very happy. It's even better than I expected.

I was looking for a sofa that was resistant to pet scratches and dirt, and I bought this after seeing it in a TV commercial. I chose to have it delivered to my doorstep. As mentioned in other reviews, it was very heavy, and my husband and I had to work together to carry it inside. There was also a lot of packaging waste. However, it was easy to assemble. When I bought it, I would have liked it if they had explained that it was quite heavy, how much packaging waste there was, and recommended having it delivered inside the house. After using it for half a year, the cloth seems to have softened in places where my pet dog has scratched at it with its nails. And finally, the seam in the middle has come undone. It's as if a small hole has opened up. The seam seems to be weak.

The leather one I had before was in such a bad state that I couldn't bear to look at it without a cover, thanks to my two cats. This time, I bought this product, which is said to be resistant to scratches, and it was already being chewed on on the first day. The scratches weren't a problem, but I was worried about the times when there was no one around, so I put a quilted cloth on the seat surface as a precaution. If you watch the cats carefully, they will chew on the seat surface, but they don't seem to do it on the back or sides, so I think it's okay just to use the seat surface. You can relax and watch TV by inserting the separately sold pillow into the back. However, I chose this sofa because it was scratch-resistant, so the fabric is a little stiff, and it doesn't sink in as softly as normal fabric, but I guess that's just the way it is. The green color of the sofa I chose is not too flashy, but stylish, and I like it.
