It took half a month for the product to arrive because it was ordered. When I finally opened the package, I found that the corners of the top plate (wood) had been bumped. I thought the corners looked suspicious before I opened the cardboard box, but as I suspected, I contacted the support center and was told to wait two weeks for a new product to arrive. In the meantime, please keep the cardboard box that was delivered first. It's impossible to keep a cardboard box of this size for two weeks... I took it to the nearest Nitori store by car and had them take back the defective product. If there is no Nitori store nearby or you don't have a car, it's hell. I think it was a mistake during delivery, but I think it would be better not to put the wooden board, which is the most easily damaged, on the bottom without any protective material. The new product that arrived was triple-layered cardboard, and the inner boards were also individually protected. The amount of rubbish increased considerably, but I'm glad that I received a proper product.

I was able to assemble it by myself. The instructions were easy to understand, which was a big help. However, I needed to use a hammer to get it to fit together perfectly. I also like the design, which doesn't look cheap. It didn't hold as many clothes as I thought it would, but because I assembled it myself, I feel a sense of attachment to it and am satisfied with it.

I bought this to prepare for the birth of my child. The top shelf has a shelf, so I can put small things on top, so it's very easy to use, and I bought it again! It's so easy to assemble, it only takes about half an hour! You don't need any tools, and it's light, so it's really easy.
