I chose to pick up the item at the store to save time, as I didn't have time to look around the store, and I didn't want to waste my time by going to the store only to find out that they didn't have the item in stock. Even though the service counter was empty immediately after the store opened in the morning, as soon as the person in charge of the service counter saw me issue a reception slip, he went straight to help an elderly customer at the unmanned cash register. I had to wait until he had finished helping the customer at the till, and even after that, even though he was free, he muttered into his intercom, “Please handle in-store pick-up”. I was so disappointed with the person in charge for not helping the customer in front of him, that I told him, “If it's going to take a long time, I'll go and choose the product myself, so please cancel the in-store pick-up.” He said, “I'll do it, I'll do it.” If he could have done it, I would have liked him to help me from the start. It was very unpleasant, as it seemed like he was trying to avoid dealing with me from the start. If I hadn't chosen to pick up the item in store, I could have left five minutes earlier. There's no point in picking up items in store. The product is really good, but it's a shame that I had to go through this.
