IH WOKPAN 28CM evercook

There's no sticking or burning, and it's nice to be able to use it smoothly. I use pans of different sizes, and I bought this one as an additional purchase.

I saw a demonstration of the evercook frying pan at a Nitori live event, and I decided to buy it after seeing the demonstration. When I made fried eggs in the frying pan, they didn't stick to the pan at all, so I was able to move them to a plate using chopsticks without using a turner. When I melted cheese in the frying pan and put bread on top, when I turned it over, the cheese stuck to the bread nicely and there was none left on the frying pan. When I moved it to a plate, it slid right off. Of course, I washed the pan after it had cooled down, but even just rinsing it with water removed a lot of the dirt. When I made a mistake while cooking and the sauce burned, I was able to remove the burned bits of sauce just by wiping it with a kitchen towel, so I was able to move straight on to the next dish. I've used pans from various manufacturers, but I think this one is by far the least likely to stick. If you're having trouble choosing a pan, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try.

I couldn't find a frying pan I liked even after visiting two or three stores, so I came to Nitori and found a frying pan that I was satisfied with, and I'm satisfied with using it.

Even without oil, there was no sticking. It's very easy to use, and I like it!

It's big enough to use as a pot, and it doesn't stick, so it was really easy to wash. But it's quite heavy (,,•﹏•,,) I'm thinking of buying the smallest frying pan from the same manufacturer to make omu-rice (๑° ꒳ °๑)
