There is no burning or sticking, and it's nice to use because it's smooth.

Even without oil, it's smooth. If you keep using it, you will need oil, but even then, a little is fine.

It's easy to use because it doesn't stick to noodles. If I had to find a fault, I would say I wanted one that was a little smaller. Also, because the center is slightly raised, I'm worried that the oil will pool around it and the browning won't be even.

To be honest, I thought it was expensive, but I bought it anyway. It's gold and smooth. The question is how long it will last.

I bought this product because I had to change to an IH-compatible frying pan after moving house. It's heavier than a gas frying pan, but it's so much easier to wash! Even after cooking something greasy like stir-fried meat, just one normal wash is enough to make the surface squeaky clean. It saves a lot of time and reduces stress by half.
