I bought this because the miso strainer I was using broke. It's a good size and easy to use.

The moderate adhesive strength means it doesn't stick to smooth surfaces, and above all, the smoothness when peeling it off is divine. Being able to do it with one hand is also too good to be true. 《Points for improvement》 1 point If you want the next evolution, I think it would be good if you could remove the adhesive from one part of the edge so that you can peel it off without touching the dirty part. To be honest, when I use the roller, I want to be able to clean it easily, so having to wash my hands after peeling off the sheet is a hassle. This is a very lazy opinion (lol). If there are any other good methods, I would like to know about them. My son doesn't like the bits in miso soup, so I used to strain the bits out of his bowl, but it was a bit of a hassle, so I bought this. I like the bits in miso soup, but I'm glad I bought this because it saves me the trouble and I end up making miso soup more often.
