I love it. I'm going to buy a frying pan from this series tomorrow.

It's the perfect size for one person living alone! I replaced it with the same item because I scratched the bottom of the pan and the coating came off. It's convenient because you can replace the handle.

I was using a pot with a handle that could be removed from a certain manufacturer. I always stored the pot in the refrigerator with the handle attached. So I personally find it more convenient to be able to remove the handle. The fact that the certain manufacturer sells the set and Nitori allows you to choose individual items is what attracted me to buy it. If you don't buy online and Nitori is close by, it's a good choice.

When it comes to frying pans and pots, the handles get in the way and make it difficult to wash and store them in a small sink, which is a real pain. For some reason, I bought a frying pan with a handle first, and I really regret it. The handles are unnecessary.

It's very easy to use. I use it for boiling, soups, simmered dishes, deep-fried foods, stir-fries, and baking bread and cakes. The handle can be removed, so it's easy to put in the oven or dishwasher. I was using the 20cm pan, but I added the 18cm pan because it's so good. The only thing I'm not happy about is that when the pans are nested together, they fit together so tightly that it's hard to take them out. If you turn them upside down, though, they come out easily.
