The product is good - no doubt. But, the problem is that there was absolutely no help/support from anywhere to understand how to install it. I had a hard time figuring it out myself. I tried contacting the customer care too. They also didn't get back to me despite telling me that they will.

The walls of the apartment I was renting may have been weak. After installing it above the laundry, I used it as a place to put light things like bath towels, but after less than a month it came crashing down, and even after re-installing it and using it again, it came crashing down again after a few months... I repeated this several times, and after about a year I gave up and decided to replace it with a shelf that stretches from the floor to the ceiling.

I bought this because I didn't have any storage in my bathroom. It was easy for one woman to install. I use it to store cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and sanitary products. I try not to overload it, but so far I haven't had any problems using it. It's a pole that you can hang things on, so it's convenient for hanging things like spray bottles.

I bought this as a baby guard. It's great!

It took a little while to install it by myself, but I was able to secure it firmly. I would be grateful if you could sell it as a single item, as I would like another mesh shelf.
