CYPRESS CUTTING BOARD 38X24

I couldn't find a Japanese cypress chopping board at the DIY store near me, and even if I did, they were all very expensive, so I bought this one at a reasonable price. When I first started using it, it smelled quite strongly of cypress, but after using it for a month, the smell had faded quite a bit. I used to use a heavy plastic one, but this one is light and easy to handle, and the blade feels soft. I'm glad I bought it.

The thick wood makes it easy to cut vegetables and meat. The smell of the wood is also very soothing. It dries faster than I thought, but I'll be careful not to let it get moldy this time of year.

I used to use a paulownia cutting board, but it quickly became dark, so I bought a Japanese cypress cutting board this time. It's been six months, but it's still as good as new. A Japanese cypress cutting board is the best.

I thought it drained well, but after using it for a while, the board started to get scratched and frayed. I don't know if it's because I'm strong or if the knife is sharp, but... so I've given it 3 stars.
