Small bottles and other condiments that I keep under the shelf. If I just leave them there, it's hard to get to the things at the back, but they're not big enough to put in a container. Because they are bottles, I can't put them on the top shelf for fear of them falling. I was having trouble deciding how to tidy them up, but then the non-slip tray came into play. I just put everything on the tray. When I want to take something from the back, I pull the tray towards me and it's easy to take things in and out. The bottles don't bang into each other, and if they get dirty, it's easy to clean them just by washing the tray. I also like the fact that I can put it on the kitchen board without it looking out of place, because it's white.

I was replacing a chopping board that was full of scratches and had become dirty, but when I tried using it as a work surface for bread, it was perfect because it was wide and heavy, and the dough didn't stick to it!

I already had a number of chopping boards, and this one from Nitori is large, being LL size. It's big, so it's very easy to use. The stone-like finish is also stylish, and dirt comes off easily.
