Double-Handed Deep Fry Pan Nr-089

Recently, I've been using less oil to fry, so this compact pan is just the right size for the amount of oil I use. It's also cute to look at, so I love it.

I've been wanting to buy a tempura pan for a while, but I never got around to it, but I'm so glad I finally bought one.

The size is just right and it's easy to use.

I fried tempura, but there was little oil splatter, probably because the pan has a rim. As a point to be careful of, the bottom of the pan is slippery on the stove.

After I bought it, I saw the reviews and there weren't many good ones, so I regretted not looking at them before buying it, but when I actually used it, it fried the food just fine. It does splash oil (crying), and the metal part that holds the fried food is wobbly and unreliable. I really wanted a square one, but since our stove isn't IH, I went with this one.
