It's big, like a café au lait cup, so it looks heavy, and I find myself unconsciously tensing my arm to lift it up. So, the moment I lift it up, it feels so light that I'm surprised every time (it's so light!?)! It's so light that it's a big help, both when you're using it and when you're washing it.
