FRIDGE FRESH KEEPER CONTAINER M 2900ML

Have been using the Nitori fresh keeper for a few weeks now . Mostly for green chillies and ginger storage. Helps to pull out from fridge in one go . I like the neat and flexible dividers . Everything about Nitori gives you the impeccable Japanese design experience.

I was using the L-size and found it convenient, so I bought the M-size too. The drain plug is in the middle, so it's hard to drain the water, so it would be great if it was at the end.

I use it to store salad vegetables. It's very convenient because you can store them in the refrigerator without having to change the container after draining them in water. However, it's a shame that there is a little water left at the end when draining. I think it would be easier to drain the water if there was a little more of a slope towards the hole in the center. Also, it is not dishwasher-safe and the body is heat-resistant up to 60℃, so I can't pour hot water directly into the pot, which makes me a little worried about hygiene. For this reason, I regularly use Hiter to sterilize it, but I think it would be easier to handle if I could put it in the dishwasher with other dishes.

It's just the right size for putting in vegetables like eggplant and green peppers. I feel like it keeps them fresh for 2-3 days without having to do anything special, just by putting them in. It's not very tall, so I think it will fit in the spaces between the shelves of a standard refrigerator. This product comes in various sizes, but if you're not sure which one to choose, I think the M size is the most convenient.

It says that it is not dishwasher safe. The basket is not very good at draining water, and it takes up a lot of space. I was disappointed, but when I read the instructions carefully, I realized that it is possible to use it in the low temperature setting of my Panasonic dishwasher. I only use the low temperature setting for the dishwasher. After that, I use it in the speed setting.
