The size, height and firmness are all perfect, and it feels natural on your head, so you can relax and sleep well. They really like it.

When I bought the “pillow that supports the shoulders, neck and back”, the only cover that was available was the original cover, so I was glad that they were selling this one (because the original cover was full of lint because there was no special cover and I was using a half-quilt as a substitute). However, the shape of the pillow has changed since then, so I've stuffed the height adjustment sponge into this cover for the time being. I hope it doesn't move. It's made of a quilted-like material, and it's nice and fluffy. It's easy to put on with the zipper.

I had given up using my old pillow cover because it had become pilled, but I wanted to use it, so I bought this new cover to try. The shape of the part at the front of the shoulder blade was different on the new pillow, which was curved, so it was a bit of a gamble, but it fitted perfectly with my old pillow too. I can finally use my favorite pillow. I'm so glad.

I had a stiff neck, so a pillow that goes all the way up to my back is comfortable.

I bought this to change the pillowcase. I really like it, made of the same material.
