Even when I sleep on my side, my shoulders don't hurt, and it really feels like it absorbs the weight of my body just right, so I can sleep without a pillow. When I sit on the bed, it feels very soft, but when I lie down, it doesn't feel that way, and the softness doesn't hurt my back. Since there are two mattresses, even if you're alone, you can still manage to prop up the mattress, so you can prop it up and let the wind blow through it, which is really great! However, the frame I bought has drawers underneath the bed, so the mat moves around easily, either because of the smooth surface or because of the moisture-absorbing sheet underneath. I bought a non-slip sheet to put between the mat and the bed, and now it doesn't move at all, so I'm stress-free. I recommend buying a non-slip sheet first!

It's light and doesn't take up much space, so I can always keep it in my bag and use it when it suddenly starts raining.
